The production of ammonium paratungstate is usually prepared by the reaction of tungstic acid and ammonium salt. An appropriate amount of nitric acid or hydrogen peroxide is added in the reaction to maintain the reaction system at a suitable pH. After the reaction, the product is filtered and dried to obtain ammonium paratungstate.
