The People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia records, the preparation method of phosphomolybdenum tungstic acid test solution is: take 100g of sodium tungstate, 25g of sodium molybdate, add 700ml of water to dissolve, add 100ml of hydrochloric acid, 50ml of phosphoric acid, heat and reflux for 10h, let it cool , add 150g of lithium sulfate, 50m of water and 0.2ml of bromine, and boil to remove residual bromine (about 15min). Cool, add water to dilute to 1000ml, and filter to obtain phosphomolybdotungstic acid test solution. In addition, the phosphomolybdenum tungstic acid test solution must not be green (if it turns green after being placed, add 0.2ml of bromine, boil it to remove excess bromine, and restore the original color.)
