What Are the Steps to Produce Nano Cobalt Tungstate By Low Temperature Molten Salt Method?

The specific steps for preparing nano-CoWO4 by using the low-temperature molten salt method are as follows:

(1) Arrange lithium nitrate (LiNO3) and sodium sulfate (Na2WO4) at a mass ratio of about 1.17:1 to obtain a mixed molten salt.

(2) Weigh the amount ratio of carbon to tungsten at about 1:1, prepare aqueous solutions with a solubility of 1mol/L, and then slowly add the Na2WO4 solution to the carbonyl chloride (CoCl2) solution under strong stirring , stirred for 30 min to fully mix the two solutions.

(3) The mixture was filtered, precipitated and washed, and dried in an oven at 80°C to obtain the CoWO4 precursor.

(4) Weigh the molten salt and the precursor according to the mass ratio of 6:1, mix them evenly in the mortar and move them into the alumina tongs, place the tongs in the electric furnace at (210, 270, 340) °C respectively Keep warm for 8 hours.

(5) Naturally cool to room temperature after the synthesis reaction to obtain a solid product, which is distilled, washed, filtered and dried to obtain the final powder sample.
