Purple tungsten oxide is obtained by reacting pure ammonium paratungstate in argon, and then deoxidizes purple tungsten oxide to make tungsten powder particles. (Purity: 99.99%, dew point -40°C), tungsten powder is oxidized in air. Tungsten oxide and tungsten powder will be reduced in hydrogen, and their characteristics can be displayed by placing the sample under a laser particle size distribution measuring instrument and a field emission scanning electron microscope. The test results show that ultra-fine tungsten powder will be obtained through two cycles of oxidation and three reductions. The particle size distribution of ultrafine tungsten powder between 0.1 μm and 1.0 μm is 95.73%.
