Preparation and Properties of 5 (N2H5)O•12WO3

Zou Zhiqiang and others studied the properties of amine tungsten salt and its application in the preparation of submicron tungsten powder, reported brown tungsten oxide for the first time, and summarized the properties and applications of amine tungsten salt. It is generally believed that ammonium paratungstate also has certain self-reducing properties. However, the condition control of the APT converter circulation method is strict, the temperature is high, the time is long, and the product quality is difficult to guarantee.

Intrinsic reduction method to prepare blue tungsten oxide: Since the intrinsic reduction method uses intramolecular components as reducing agents, the reduction process can ensure uniformity at the molecular level. Matching the reduction ability of the intramolecular reducing components, the corresponding pure-phase reduction products can be obtained, and because a large amount of gas is generated during the reduction process, the particle size and distribution of the products can be effectively controlled. The low-priced non-integral tungsten oxide is prepared by thermal decomposition of oxalic acid tungstate hydrazine compound salt. Under suitable conditions, the product is black, the oxygen-tungsten ratio is close to 2.72, and mainly contains W18O49 phase.
