What Is the Boiling Point of Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum Alloy?

The boiling point of titanium zirconium molybdenum (TZM) alloy is difficult to determine at standard atmospheric pressure, because at normal temperature and pressure, TZM alloy is already a solid material. In a high-temperature and high-vacuum environment, TZM alloy can reach a liquid state, and its boiling point will change with the change of pressure. Generally speaking, the boiling point of TZM alloy will be higher than that of elemental molybdenum, because the addition of zirconium and titanium can improve the melting point and thermal stability of the alloy. The boiling point of molybdenum is about 4825°C (8717°F), so it can be speculated that the boiling point of TZM alloy should be slightly higher than this value. However, it should be noted that because the chemical composition and preparation process of TZM alloys may be slightly different, their actual boiling points may vary.
