The C site can be filled or vacant, and can only be occupied by ions with a small ion radius such as Li+, the B site is occupied by smaller high-valent cations (such as Nb5+, Ta5+, Ti4+, etc.) and the A site can be occupied by larger cations (such as K+, Na+, Ba2+, Sr2+, La3+, Nd3+, etc.) are fully or partially filled.
