In the first half of 2023, Luoyang Molybdenum produced 547,900 tons of phosphate fertilizer, a year-on-year decrease of 2.96%; tungsten metal production of 3,813 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 8.93%; while molybdenum, copper, cobalt, niobium and gold production all increased year-on-year. Specifically, molybdenum production was 8,389 tons, up 7.91% year-on-year; copper metal production was 168,882 tons, up 23.59% year-on-year; cobalt metal production was 19,418 tons, up 85.55% year-on-year; niobium metal production was 4,695 tons, up 1.47% year-on-year; and gold production was 9,550 ounces, up 13.95% year-on-year.
