Recently, Chinatungsten High-tech announced that the company invested in the establishment of a subsidiary, Chinatungsten (Zhuzhou) Advanced Hard Materials Technology Development Co.
The registered capital of the Center is RMB 20 million, of which, Chinatungsten High-tech and Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Co., Ltd. both invested RMB 9 million and Chinatungsten Rare Metals (Hunan) Co., Ltd. invested RMB 2 million; the registered address is Hetang District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province.
With the principle of entering new fields, developing new technologies and realizing high returns, the Center will focus on the development of special processing tools for the semiconductor industry, new hard materials, etc., to further enhance the scientific and technological added-value of the products of Chinatungsten High-tech.
