Chinatungsten Online compiles China’s molybdenum products export data released by General Administration of Customs as follows:
From January to July 2023, China’s molybdenum products export volume totaled 22,284.83 tons, decreased by 0.81% year-on-year; the cumulative export value was 5.763 billion yuan, increased by 48.14% year-on-year. Among them, in July, China’s molybdenum products export volume was 2,765.32 tons, decreased by 18.57% sequentially, increased by 8.10% year-on-year; export amount was 771 million yuan, decreased by 2.35% sequentially, increased by 54.36% year-on-year.
In July 2023, China exported 646.27 tons of ferromolybdenum, down 53.58% year-on-year; 15.16 tons of molybdenum powder, down 68.69% year-on-year; 26.78 tons of molybdenum wire, down 35.55% year-on-year; and 79.70 tons of ammonium molybdate, down 12.30% year-on-year.
