According to Chinatungsten Online research and collation of customs data, China’s molybdenum products imports from January to August 2023 totaled 34,041.91 tons, an increase of 37.28% year-on-year; the cumulative amount of imports was 5.469 billion yuan, an increase of 85.13% year-on-year. Among them, the import volume of molybdenum wire was 17.15 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 10.31%; the import amount was 22,539,400 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.95%.
