The upper layer is made of tungsten powder with a specific shape and specific particles as the substrate material, and the lower layer is made of a mixture of tungsten powder and rhenium powder as the substrate material. It can stably provide a current density of 100A/cm2, meeting the cathode requirements of high-power and high-frequency microwave devices.
