Welding wire is a filler metal that is melted by arc heating and then supplemented into the weld, determining the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the weld. The material of the welding wire needs to match the base metal to ensure the quality of the weld.
Principle Of Cooperation
Electrode size matches the diameter of the welding wire: Usually the diameter of the tungsten electrode is slightly larger than the diameter of the welding wire to ensure stable arc and sufficient heat.
