Air Cooling System
Low-power or portable welding machines are commonly air-cooled. Air is blown through the air supply port towards the electrode bracket and electrodes, helping to dissipate heat. Air cooling is suitable for low-current welding, but the cooling efficiency is not as good as that of water cooling.
Reasonable Selection of Electrode Diameter and Length
Coarser tungsten electrodes have better thermal conductivity, stronger heat resistance, and are not easy to overheat. Properly shortening the electrode length can also help reduce the end temperature and reduce the risk of overheating.
Guaranteed Gas Flow
