2. Tungsten needle with pointed tip: This kind of tungsten needle is mainly used for instrument probes, such as digital four-probe testers. This equipment is a multi-purpose comprehensive measurement equipment that uses the four-probe measurement principle. It is suitable for semiconductor material factories, semiconductor device factories, scientific research units, and universities to test the resistance performance of semiconductor materials.
