Manufacturing process of tungsten wire needles
Tungsten wire needles are usually made of tungsten wire, and their manufacturing process includes the following steps:
(1) Melting: Put the tungsten raw material into a high-temperature furnace to melt it into liquid.
(2) Rolling: Pour the molten tungsten liquid into a water-cooled copper mold and roll it through a rolling mill for multiple times to gradually cool the tungsten liquid and form a thin tungsten rod.
(3) Cutting: Cut the tungsten rod into tungsten wire segments of a certain length.
(4) Grinding: Grind the cut tungsten wire segments to make their surface smooth and reach the required diameter and shape.
(5) Polishing: Use a polishing machine to polish the ground tungsten wire segments to improve their surface finish.
(6) Inspection: Inspect the polished tungsten wire segments, including size inspection, appearance inspection and performance inspection, to ensure that they meet the requirements.
