Advantages include good toughness and lower processing costs; disadvantages are slightly inferior surface quality and strength compared to cold-rolled foil. Hot rolling suits large-scale production, requiring controlled temperature and speed to optimize grain structure. Quality is verified using metallographic analysis or mechanical testing to ensure stable performance.
