Ammonolysis

Alkali Fusion

Screening Oxidation
Using specific screen materials, tungsten oxide powders are classified and screened to obtain the required particle size and distribution.
Gas Phase Method
Tungsten oxide is directly synthesized under gas phase conditions by high temperature pyrolysis or chemical vapor deposition.
These methods may be adjusted and optimized in combination with different process steps and conditions in actual production to meet different application requirements. Which method to choose depends on factors such as the availability of raw materials, the economics of the process, and the quality requirements of the desired product.
