- Confirm the performance and use of the saw table, check whether the alloy saw blade has cracks, distortions, unevenness, missing teeth, etc., and then install it after confirming that it is correct.
- During installation, keep the axis, chuck and flange clean. The inner diameter of the flange should be consistent with the inner diameter of the saw blade. Make sure that the flange and the saw blade are tightly combined. Install the positioning pin and tighten the nut.
- Before starting the equipment, ensure that it is safe and there is a single person operating the equipment and idling it. Check whether the steering of the equipment is correct and whether there is any vibration. After installing the saw blade, let it idle for a few minutes. If there is no slipping, swinging or jumping, it will be normal. Work.
- Aluminum alloy saw blades that operate normally must cut into the material gently, and rolling and pushing with force are prohibited.
